I had my fitness evaluation with mark on Tuesday where he discussed my goals with me and helped me discuss my diet . I then had my first 45 minute session with Mark on Thursday where he took into consideration all my needs and gave me exercises that would suit me. He was constantly motivating me to keep going and talking me through each section clearly. Really enjoyed it!

Mark is brilliant at his job! I am doing the online personal trainer and he’s fab! Makes you feel at ease, supports you 24/7 and not even always with fittnes! Not only is he a fab trainer and amazing motervaion but he’s a lovely bloke! He always has ideas for recipies and has given me some great exercises! I’m not at my target yet so he’s got to put up with me for a little longer but I’m confident with his on going support and fitness plan I’ll get there
