Phoenix Training is a Dudley based personal training service operating from Pure Gym on Level Street, Brierley Hill. We are passionate and committed to empower individuals who want to move towards a healthier lifestyle and reach their desired fitness goals. We provide specialised personal training services in aesthetics, body conditioning and sports nutrition which are tailored to meet the specific and ever-changing need of our clients.

Our team of trainers are highly motivated individuals who are fully qualified experts within the fitness industry. We understand that the key to unlocking your full potential very much depends on the relationship between the personal trainer and the client. When the relationship is open, honest and built on trust, everything becomes possible.

Marks been fab! I’ve been training with him since August. I looked for a pt after having little progress myself, since I’ve been with Mark I have lost weight, put on muscle where I wanted to build and my fitness has vastly improved.Despite not being the best with my self control, marks always good with getting me back on track without giving me a big telling off. He records my weight weekly and measurements monthly and tracks it on my account with his website so we can see the change over time. Mark is always on hand for advice and actively encourages the communication (even if it just to tell me not to eat that chocolate). He’s very knowledgable not just in the world of fitness but also in the world of healthy eating. He’s super encouraging and always positive, couldn’t say a bad word! Cheers Mark!

I have been training with Craig Davies since the beginning of November. I am really pleased with my progress and feel that he really is interested in helping me improve myself. He is encouraging and supportive and takes the time to make sure I am doing all the exercises correctly to get the maximum benefit with minimum risk of injury. Mark and Calvin have been helpful and supportive too. I am very impressed with Phoenix training. They are stuck with me for a good while yet!

Calvin has been my trainer now for three months after he took me through my initial induction at Pure Gym. I had serious anxiety about even walking into the gym let alone exercising after being mentally scarred at school. Always being told I wasn’t good enough and made to feel rubbish by teachers and fellow pupils. During my induction Calvin made me feel comfortable enough to explain my experiences and was really understanding. Twelve weeks on he has both encouraged and challenged me to achieve my initial fitness goals, always in a supportive way, and given me the confidence and motivation I needed.

I've been training with Mark now for just over a month and i can honestly say its been great. He has supported me through everything including food choices and the bad days where i have struggled and taught me that without pain there is no gain! The exercises we do are really helpful and push me towards reaching my goal which is satisfying. Would recommend to all.

Mark and his team are brilliant even with the most challenging clients such as myself. I've got a long way to go on my journey but Mark has been there to support me every step of the way. Mark is brilliant at his job! I am doing the online personal trainer and he's fab! Makes you feel at ease, supports you 24/7 and not even always with fittnes! Not only is he a fab trainer and amazing motervaion but he's a lovely bloke! He always has ideas for recipies and has given me some great exercises! I'm not at my target yet so he's got to put up with me for a little longer but I'm confident with his on going support and fitness plan I'll get there 😊

Think the help that marks gives u is second to none even tho he busy wiv other clients he has all ways got time to help me no matter wat time of the day or hour truly is 100% gud at wat he does an if u listen an follow wat he ask u to do u will see massive changes in 4 to 6 weeks I would recommend him to any one that wants to achieve fitness goals or gym goals

Really enjoyed my first training session this week following my consultation last week. Mark was very approachable and really made me feel comfortable whilst training, despite being pushed to my limits! He took the time to note my strengths, weaknesses and what I want out of my training sessions. I had my fitness evaluation with mark on Tuesday where he discussed my goals with me and helped me discuss my diet . I then had my first 45 minute session with mark on Thursday where he took into consideration all my needs and gave me exercises that would suit me. He was constantly motivating me to keep going and talking me through each section clearly. Really enjoyed it !
