I use my 20+ years of experience in the fitness industry to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health and fitness.  I create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves.  I provide training programs that are specific to the clients needs whether that be weight loss, building muscle, specific sports events, injury rehabilitation or general lifestyle improvement.
